How are opportunities identified and qualified?
Each account passes through a multi-stage intelligence process that may include AI-assisted research, data enrichment, source validation, commercial-signal analysis, scoring and human quality review. Approved records are delivered as structured, CRM-ready intelligence based on the agreed targeting and qualification criteria.
What does the implementation fee include?
The implementation fee covers programme scoping, market and use-case analysis, data-source configuration, qualification and scoring design, workspace setup, reporting, testing, onboarding and any standard integrations included in the agreed scope. Enterprise programmes may also include bespoke development, APIs, governance controls or private deployment.
Can packages be customised?
Yes. Sector coverage, data volumes, geographic scope, scoring models, reporting, user access and integrations can be tailored to the organisation’s commercial objectives. Final pricing and delivery commitments are confirmed in the proposal and order form.
Can the intelligence be tailored to our industry?
Yes. Every intelligence programme is built around your sectors, products, geographic markets, customer profiles, exclusions and commercial objectives so the intelligence delivered is relevant to the organisation’s agreed use case.
How often is the intelligence refreshed?
Refresh frequency depends on the selected package, data source and agreed use case. Intelligence may be delivered through scheduled batches, weekly updates, monthly refreshes or continuous monitoring for specified signals. The agreed cadence is documented before launch.
How is data quality maintained?
KOYO combines source validation, automated enrichment, duplicate controls, email verification where applicable, confidence scoring and human quality review. No dataset is completely error-free, but records that fail the agreed quality thresholds are rejected, corrected or flagged for review before delivery.
Can the intelligence integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Intelligence can be delivered through the secure platform, CRM-ready files or supported integrations. Where required, KOYO can connect approved data to CRMs, internal databases, Monday.com, APIs or enterprise systems under a separately agreed technical scope.
Who is Enterprise Data Intelligence designed for?
It is designed for organisations that depend on high-value commercial decisions and require more than a static lead list. Typical users include insurers, underwriters, brokers, renewable-energy providers, property groups, infrastructure businesses, professional-services firms and enterprise sales or strategy teams.
What results can we expect?
Typical benefits include reduced research time, better market visibility, more consistent account prioritisation, improved access to relevant decision-makers and faster identification of commercial signals. KOYO does not guarantee revenue, meetings, transactions or contract awards, and outcomes depend on the market, offer, timing and client execution.
Does KOYO guarantee deals, revenue or a specific number of active buyers?
No. KOYO provides validated, enriched and prioritised commercial intelligence based on agreed criteria and available signals. We do not guarantee that a record will respond, enter a buying process, award a contract or generate revenue. Any volume commitment relates to intelligence records or monitored accounts, not guaranteed sales outcomes.
Who owns the client data and intelligence produced?
Client-supplied data remains the client’s property. Ownership and permitted use of enriched records, reports, scoring models, platform outputs and bespoke work are defined in the contract. KOYO retains ownership of its underlying platform, reusable workflows, methodologies, software and pre-existing intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise.
